Despite the fact that blacks averaged 12.2 percent of the population between 1976 and 2002, they "were six times more likely than whites to be homicide victims and seven times more likely to commit homicide than whites. Whites, meanwhile, were 51.1 percent of the victims and blacks were 46.8 percent, while 2.1 percent were "other." -- From the far left publication The New Republic.
"Statistically, the 'average' African American is an astonishing 56 times more likely to attack a white than vice versa. My point... blacks and even more importantly, whites, because of the disproportionate rate of black-on-white homicide--percentage-wise, should be aggressively focused on the same perps... young... black... males, and crush this latter-day version of "Murder Incorporated".
Even Jesse Jackson believes: "I hate to admit it, but I have reached a stage in my life that if I am walking down a dark street late at night and I see that the person behind me is white, I subconsciously feel relieved." This past week, both victims' parents started to speak with the media about the murders.
Recent blogosphere, if not mainstream media attention, has focused on the horrific murder of a wonderful, young Knoxville couple, Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom, by the sub-humans shown above.
Lemaricus Davidson; his brother, Letalvis Cobbins; and George Thomas have been indicted on 46 counts, including first-degree murder.
Vanessa Coleman was indicted on 40 counts, also including murder, in connection with the deaths of Channon and Christopher.
Eric DeWayne "E" Boyd, 34, was arrested in connection with the fatal carjacking, but only faces federal charges as an accessory after the fact for helping the suspects get out of town.
It must be noted that initial internet reports of the murders were apparently exaggerated. Accounts claimed mutilations which authorities would neither confirm nor deny at first. Since then, the victims' families have denied the mutilations took place and have blamed hate groups for twisting the facts and feeding the media misinformation.
"They were not dismembered," Mary Newsom said recently. "That is defiantly not the case. We have been assured by the police and the coroner that [Christopher and Channon] were not dismembered at all."
Little consolation.
Nonetheless, they were raped and tortured in what can only be compared to the horrors of Islamo-Nazi animals.
The larger question remains... why is it a "hate crime" when a kid is beaten and left to die in rural Wyoming simply because he happens to be a homosexual; why is it a hate crime when a black man is dragged to death behind a truck... and the Christian-Newsom murders are not?
It's time to confront the elephant in the living room.
